Voidigo launched out of Early Access on June 8, 2023 with a substantial 1.0 release update. Following launch, the developer shipped one notable post-launch update — v1.1.0 "The Elemental Update" on September 27, 2023 — which added new elemental reactions, 20 new powerups, and achievements. That is the last content update on record. The most recent developer communication is a March 18, 2025 announcement about a price reduction and a cross-promotional bundle with SULFUR. Crucially, that post reveals that semiwork has moved on to a new game — R.E.P.O. — which "went so well" that they decided to lower Voidigo's price. This is consistent with the pattern of a studio that has finished support for an older title and shifted focus entirely to a new project. No future content for Voidigo was mentioned or hinted at in that post or anywhere else in the developer's communications. Looking at the full update history: the game had a healthy cadence of major updates throughout its Early Access period (December 2021, February 2022, July 2022, September 2022), followed by the 1.0 launch in June 2023 and one post-launch content patch in September 2023. Since September 2023 — over two and a half years ago as of today — there have been no further content updates. The only developer activity has been the March 2025 bundle announcement, which pointed fans toward a new game rather than signaling any return to Voidigo development.
