Voxile launched into Early Access on March 10, 2025 and has been receiving a high volume of updates ever since — weekly and biweekly feature patches throughout 2025, two major content drops (The Builder's Update on February 24, 2026, and The HARDHATS Update on July 10, 2026), and a consistent stream of new worlds, systems, enemies, and game modes. On April 30, 2026, VoxRay Games announced the Hardhats spin-off game and explicitly stated that Voxile itself would continue receiving content, naming specific upcoming worlds: Dead Water, Factory Ascent, and a set of Kickstarter backer worlds still in progress. This is a direct developer commitment to future Voxile content. That commitment has already been partially fulfilled: the July 10, 2026 HARDHATS update integrated five co-op building worlds into Voxile for free, and the June 17, 2026 patch added a Kickstarter backer world (Trash Panda Park). However, the named worlds Dead Water and Factory Ascent have not yet shipped, meaning the April 30, 2026 promise of future content is still outstanding. As of the July 10, 2026 HARDHATS update — the most recent developer communication — development is clearly active. The game remains in Early Access with no announced 1.0 release date, confirmed future worlds, and a high update cadence.

DEFEAT & DESTROY

Experience a unique combination of crafting, questing, and first-person melee/shooting.

Craft or loot an impressive arsenal of firearms, melee weapons, and magical spells to defeat the mutated wildlife that roam these lands, from persistent little blobs of ooze to divebombing birds, from armed and angry skeletons to rocket-launching robots.

With dynamic material-based destruction, towers, trees and terrain crumble alongside the carnage.

CRAFT & BUILD

Voxile’s crafting system combines 50 materials and dozens of other resources into weapons, workbenches, bags, boots, food and flak jackets and jackhammers.

Use a variety of tools and contraptions to solve problems your own way. Create stairs, scaffolds, and ladders to reach new heights. Build a base, and decorate it however you like – everything you see in the world can eventually be broken down and crafted anew.

CREATE YOUR OWN ISLES

Our in-game editor empowers you to design your own islands, complete with your own unique gameplay and quests. Joyful to use, with seamless MagicaVoxel integration, an intuitive world editor, and a surprisingly powerful built-in scripting system for charting out a new adventure.
