Wanna Survive

Wanna Survive is a zombie tactics game that launched on August 13, 2019. After release, PINIX shipped a handful of feature updates — adding difficulty settings and Spanish support in October 2019, Russian support in January 2020, and Steam trading cards plus German support in May 2020. On August 14, 2020, the developer posted a "Happy Birthday" anniversary message that stated they were "work in progress for a new game," directing interested players to their Patreon. This was a clear signal that the team had moved on to their next project. Since that post, the only communication from the developer was a routine Unity security vulnerability fix on October 15, 2025, which is a maintenance patch with no content implications. No DLC has ever been listed for the game, no roadmap or future content was announced, and the developer explicitly indicated in August 2020 that their focus had shifted to a new game. The game appears to have launched and concluded as a complete, self-contained product, with its last meaningful content update being the May 2020 patch.
