War Robots: Frontiers launched on March 4, 2025 as a free-to-play multiplayer mech shooter and has run on a seasonal content cycle since. The most recent major update, the Quantum Blitz Update, went live on October 7, 2026, with a two-week Battle Pass running October 6 to 19, the Relic Tyr War Robot, the Relic Vortex weapon, and a Quantum Core mode added to the ranked queue. Earlier 2026 updates included the Infinite Fuel limited-time mode on March 3, the Steel Advance Update on March 24 with the Heike War Robot and a Hitcher Event Pass, and the Mirror Threat Update on April 14 with the Garuda War Robot and I.O.N. weapon. The April 14 update was billed as the final chapter of Season 4, and the developer followed it with the Quantum Blitz Update in October. Battle Passes run only during their season, and the premium Battle Pass Gold upgrade is sold for WarpReals. The four DLC bundles on the store have all shipped, and no unreleased add-ons are listed. The developer has not announced an end date or a final update, so the game is set up to keep receiving new content.
