Evaluation

Warhammer Quest launched on January 7, 2015 and received its primary paid content expansion (the Deluxe Pack) on March 31, 2015, along with several bug fix and feature patches through 2016. On November 16, 2023, the developer explicitly announced that new sales of the game on Steam would end on December 12, 2023 — marking a clear wind-down of the game's commercial life after approximately 9 years. The game remains purchasable on Steam, and the store description now situates it within the "Warhammer Classics" collection, framing it as a legacy title being preserved rather than actively developed. No future content has been announced, no unreleased DLC exists, and the developer's final communication confirmed the end of new sales. The game launched as a complete product, received its planned DLC content, and has had no further development activity since 2016.
