Evaluation
Super Dungeon Tactics launched on December 14, 2016 and received a series of post-launch updates throughout its first year. The developer shipped multiple patches and feature updates: a quick patch (1.0.6) on December 18, 2016, a larger update (1.1.1) on December 22, 2016, and the substantial Update 1.2 on February 16, 2017, which added 28 achievements, 6 new mini-quests, and numerous usability improvements. Further patches followed in February and May 2017, adding features like an endless arena level and beta controller support. The final recorded update, version 1.3.1, shipped on September 20, 2017, adding full controller support, Alienware AlienFX integration, visual improvements, and minor bug fixes. No developer communication of any kind has been recorded after September 20, 2017 — nearly nine years ago as of today's date (June 27, 2026). No future content, DLC, expansions, or roadmaps were ever announced, and no unreleased content appears in the store listing. The store description makes no mention of planned additions. The developer's post-launch activity followed a clear pattern of incremental improvement in the months after launch, tapering off and stopping entirely after the September 2017 update. The game launched as a complete, standalone product and received a period of active post-launch polish before development concluded. There is no indication of further content development.
