WARPZONE DRIFTER launched on November 19, 2018 as a complete, self-contained retro arcade experience — a breakless drifter game with procedural levels and physics-based gameplay. The store description makes no mention of planned updates, DLC, or ongoing content additions.
The developer, Walter Machado, is clearly very active — the news feed shows a sustained stream of releases and updates across multiple games in the UBERMOSH/WARPZONE universe. However, all post-2018 developer activity is directed at other titles: QUICKERFLAK 2, BULLETHELL, and most recently BLOODSAINT (which launched its 1.0 in November 2024 and received a major BLOODSAINT 2 minigame update in January 2026). A sequel, WARPZONE DRIFTER 2, was announced and launched in late November 2023.

Breakless drifter retro-hardcore arcade game, made by the same creator of the UBERMOSH series.
Your job is to drift to specific nodes to stabilize areas of the Warpzone (an unstable parallel dimension used for transportation). Moving tentacles, limited time, procedural levels and the inability to break are elements of the challenge.
Controls and Gameplay
You can move left or right, using any of the analog gamepad sticks or keyboard's Arrows (or A-D, Q-D, Z-X...). The accessible controls have to team up with player´s fast reflexes, quick navigation, and piloting skill with physics elements.
Beat your personal best scores while dealing with experimental gameplay, randomized levels, kinda-smart tentacles, eggs and vintage nodes for extra scores.
