Whack-A-Monster

Whack-A-Monster launched its full 1.0 release on July 28, 2026. The game had a healthy development history before launch, shipping three major content updates while in early development: Major Update #1 (The Armory, February 24, 2026), Major Update #2 (The Poison Update, March 29, 2026), and Major Update #3 (The Gear Update, May 9, 2026), each adding new levels, enemies, bosses, and gameplay systems. Since the 1.0 launch, Brainfog Games has been active: a day-one patch shipped on July 29, 2026, followed by a more substantial quality-of-life update (1.0.1) on August 4, 2026, and a hotfix on August 7, 2026. Most importantly, on July 31, 2026 — just three days after launch — the developer explicitly announced that two new pieces of content are already in development: a brand new level (with a GIF preview shared) and a Prestige System to expand the game further. The developer stated they heard community feedback requesting more content and had already begun work on both features. This is a clear, direct statement from Brainfog Games that additional content is coming.
