Wild Card Football launched on October 10, 2023 and received three paid DLC packs between February and April 2024 — the Legendary Quarterbacks DLC (February 7, 2024), the Legacy Running Backs DLC (March 14, 2024), and the Legacy WR Pack (April 23, 2024) — each accompanied by substantial free content updates including new players, maps, outfits, and vanity items.
