Without a Voice is a free-to-play dark fantasy visual novel that released on March 20, 2020. The developer, L³, has since delivered two substantial updates to the game. On April 5, 2024, they released version 2.0, a major free update adding full English voice acting, achievements, improved controller support, and other enhancements. Alongside this, they launched a Kickstarter campaign for a physical edition and announced the "Blooming Edition" DLC — a definitive supporter package adding an in-game artbook viewer, four new epilogue short stories, and two new illustrations. That DLC shipped on May 28, 2024, completing the announced content cycle. In August 2025, the developer added a Korean language translation and Steam cloud saves. A September 2025 post promoted Without a Voice's Blooming Edition during a visual novel festival sale, but focused primarily on the studio's other upcoming game (Lock & Key). No new content for Without a Voice has been announced since the Blooming Edition launched. The DLC list shows one released DLC with no unreleased entries, and the developer has made no statements suggesting further content is planned for this title.

In the depths of a dark and unforgiving forest, an exiled princess whiles her time in solitude. For a girl raised in the lap of comfort, the woods are impossibly harsh, and day-to-day survival is the most she can manage. One day, however, a mysterious, beautiful maiden appears, throwing her world out of its already delicate alignment. The princess is instantly captivated by this stranger, and begins to fancy herself the heroine of a fairytale, even as the maiden proves herself to be less and less of a fantasy.
