Wylde Flowers launched on September 20, 2022 and received a generous run of free content updates over the following two years: Endless Seasons and Romance (December 23, 2022), Fabulous Farming (April 28, 2023), Eury's Salon (January 31, 2024), and finally Magical Creatures (September 6, 2024). On September 23, 2024, Studio Drydock posted an explicit farewell note confirming that Magical Creatures was the final update for the game, describing it as "a final touch more magic to Fairhaven in order to finish Tara's story." The studio made clear that development of Wylde Flowers is complete, while expressing hope to make future games. Subsequent posts from the studio have focused entirely on their next project, Wylde Society — a prequel game announced in December 2024. In December 2025 the studio also announced that Wylde Flowers had been released on PS5 and Xbox, expanding its platform availability, but this was a port of the finished game and did not introduce new content. The game is a complete, finished product as of September 6, 2024.
