Evaluation
Yoiyami Dancers launched on Steam on September 28, 2022 and has received ongoing updates since then. Two major content releases have shipped on Steam: the Soundtrack Vol.1 alongside a patch on June 22, 2023, and the "Cirno Update" (Side Scenario #1) on March 7, 2025, which added a full 4-stage scenario with 8–9 new music tracks. A dedicated soundtrack for Cirno's scenario (Vol. 1.5) then shipped on December 18, 2025.
In the March 7, 2025 post announcing the Cirno Update [NEWS-4], the developer explicitly named Scenario #3 as the next major update and stated: "I can assure you that we have absolutely no intention of 'abandoning' this game." They also noted that all additional scenarios are free updates and that "there are more scenarios planned (Rumia will come back as a protagonist properly)." In the same post, they acknowledged that near-term focus would shift to other projects (including their new game, Yoiyami Biscuit) and porting to other platforms, meaning Scenario #3 may take considerable time.
The most recent developer communication was on December 20, 2025 [NEWS-1], announcing the Soundtrack Vol.1.5 release. The developer remains engaged and has not indicated that content development is concluding. Scenario #3 remains an outstanding commitment with no release date given.
