Your Quest

Your Quest launched on November 2, 2015 as a free-to-play casual RPG/strategy game. The developer (Oblivionburn Productions) shifted focus to a sequel — Your Quest 2 — beginning as early as September 2016. News posts for the original game from 2016 and 2017 consist almost entirely of bug fixes and minor patches, and the last meaningful feature patch for the original was in May 2017. The single major content milestone logged for this game's news feed was the May 28, 2021 announcement that Your Quest 2 had fully released on Steam. This represents the developer's completion of their sequel, which had been in development for several years. Since that point, there have been no further updates, patches, or announcements for the original Your Quest. The developer's attention clearly moved to Your Quest 2 years ago. The original game has received no updates since at least 2021, the store description contains no promises of future content, and no DLC or expansions were ever listed. The game launched as a finished product in its genre and has been in a stable, complete state for years. May 28, 2021 is used as the completion date as it marks the final developer communication and the completion of the successor project, after which all development activity ceased.
