Yumeutsutsu Re:After launched on April 22, 2020 as a self-contained visual novel — a sequel/epilogue expansion containing five standalone stories following the endings of Yumeutsutsu Re:Master. The game shipped as a complete package at launch with no post-launch content updates or expansions. Developer activity after launch consisted entirely of bug fix patches (May 2020) and language support additions (Korean in December 2020, Traditional Chinese in May 2021). The most recent developer communication was the Traditional Chinese announcement on May 11, 2021. No DLC has ever been listed for this title, no roadmaps or future content have been announced, and the developer has made no statements suggesting additional stories or updates are planned. The game launched as a finished narrative product, and all post-launch activity has been maintenance and localization work.
