ZENONIA 1 is a PC restoration of the original 2008/2009 mobile action RPG, officially launched on Steam on August 31, 2026. The developer, Com2us Holdings, ran a public demo during Steam Next Fest in June 2026, collected extensive player feedback, and incorporated many of those improvements into the full release. Importantly, the developer has explicitly stated that updates will continue after launch. In the July 31, 2026 release date announcement (NEWS-2), the team wrote: "it doesn't stop at launch — we'll keep reviewing the ideas and suggestions you share through the community, and continue rolling out improvements and updates to make your play experience even smoother." The launch post from August 31, 2026 (NEWS-1) similarly invites ongoing feedback through Discord and Steam discussions, signaling continued engagement. The pre-launch feedback review post (NEWS-4) also listed several items still "Under Review" at the time of the demo — meaning additional changes beyond those already confirmed for launch were still being evaluated. This reinforces that the developer views this as an ongoing improvement effort rather than a ship-and-done release. No DLC has been announced, and there is no seasonal or live-service structure. The game itself is a complete, self-contained RPG that shipped its full story on August 31, 2026. However, the developer has clearly communicated intent to keep delivering improvements and updates, so the game should not yet be considered fully static.
