A Fistful of Gun launched on September 23, 2015 and received active post-launch support through early 2016. The developer shipped a Halloween-themed content update (Undeadorado) on October 29, 2015, adding new enemy types, mechanics, and enemies — the most substantial post-launch content drop. A further feature-heavy patch followed on April 20, 2016, addressing community requests with joypad support for additional characters, story mode reworks, lighting overhauls, netcode optimizations, and balance adjustments. That April 2016 patch is the last recorded developer communication. No content has shipped since then, no future updates or expansions have been announced, and there are no unreleased DLC entries in the store (the only DLC is the soundtrack, which released the day after launch). The game appears to have concluded its post-launch support cycle in April 2016 with no outstanding commitments.

Master the specialized controls of each character, collect gold from fallen foes to purchase upgrades, and imbibe a bit of liquid courage and unleash a tornado of lead across the dusty plains.
Misfits and Outlaws: Choose between eleven different gunslingers each with their own unique control scheme and methods of attack to master. Some characters require the finesse of a gamepad while others are strictly bound to mouse controls to mount their offensive.
Multiplayer and Co-Op Modes: Gather a posse of gunslingers for chaotic local multiplayer or connect online cooperative modes or square off with other gunslingers at the corral in the white-knuckled versus mode.
