Abyss School

Abyss School launched on January 19, 2024 and received a strong series of post-launch updates from the solo/indie developer eTIRUe. Four major content updates shipped over the course of roughly 14 months: a pool map and swimsuit costumes (March 2, 2024), minigames and new stories (May 9, 2024), additional costumes and side stories (October 28, 2024), and a substantial auditorium map with new story content and a hideout feature (March 13, 2025). Following the March 2025 major content update, the developer shifted to polish and localization work — adding Japanese voice acting on December 25, 2025 and Korean voice acting on January 27, 2026. The March 2025 update post notably included a closing statement thanking players for accompanying the characters "until now," which reads as a graceful conclusion to the game's content journey. Since January 27, 2026 — nearly five months ago as of today — there have been no further communications or updates of any kind. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store, no future content has been announced, and the update pattern appears to have concluded naturally. The game appears to have reached its completed state, with the final content and polish delivered by January 27, 2026.
