Acceleration of SUGURI 2 launched on March 7, 2018 and has been updated regularly since, including balance patches, feature additions, and DLC costume packs. The most recent developer communication was on September 26, 2025, when the Sweet Baker Costume Pack shipped and the developer explicitly stated: "We have a bigger update planned for this winter, so stay tuned!"
