Actual Sunlight is a short, self-contained interactive story that launched on April 3, 2014. The developer's post-launch activity has been limited to a single quality-of-life patch on June 15, 2017, which updated the engine to RPG Maker MV, added Mac OS X support, and improved text resolution. This appears to be the last substantive update to the game itself. Subsequent news posts on this page are announcements for entirely separate WZOGI games (Little Red Lie in June 2017, Guildmaster Story in November 2019) rather than new content for Actual Sunlight. The store description presents the game as a complete, finished narrative experience with a defined beginning and conclusion.
