Evaluation

Aerofly FS 4 launched on July 4, 2022 and has received a consistent, high-frequency stream of substantial content updates ever since. The 50 news posts on record include 12 major content releases, 15 feature patches, and 4 announcements — all pointing to a highly active developer. The major content cadence from the visible posts alone tells the story clearly: a new Airbus A319 (October 2, 2024), a new Airbus A350-1000 (April 11, 2025), a new Boeing 737-800 (July 17, 2025), the Messerschmitt Me 262 (September 23, 2025), a massive December 2025 update adding the Boeing 787-9, fuel/load systems, aircraft carriers, and more, the Airbus A321XLR (April 16, 2026), and most recently a major navigation and airport database overhaul pushed to beta on July 20, 2026 and shipped on July 21, 2026. These updates have arrived roughly every 1–4 months without interruption. The July 2026 update added experimental taxiway signs, 15+ new handmade airports across Africa and the Americas, 20+ new points of interest, and sweeping improvements to aircraft systems across the A320, A350, B737, B747, B777, B787, and F-15 families. This represents the kind of broad, multi-system update IPACS has consistently delivered throughout the game's lifespan. No specific future content has been formally announced by name, but the historical pattern of sustained and frequent major updates — with the most recent arriving just 28 days before today's assessment date — indicates this game remains in active, ongoing development with further content expected.
