Armed with Wings: Rearmed

Armed with Wings: Rearmed launched as a full 1.0 release on June 1, 2017 after two years of Early Access development. The developer explicitly described it at launch as a "finished product." After launch, the developer shipped a handful of patches. The most notable post-launch communication was a developer update on October 30, 2019 (update 1.0.5), in which the solo developer acknowledged a 25-month gap since the previous update and added two smaller features (a playable Vampire Strike Hand and a Juggle Mode). In that same post, the developer described the 1.0 release as a "finished product" and noted that while there may be "some room for improvement," any future work would be minor fixes rather than new content. The developer also disclosed that a planned console release had fallen through after the publishing partner terminated the contract. The most recent developer communication on record is a bug fix post on July 11, 2020, which addressed a loot drop bug introduced by the prior update. There have been no developer posts of any kind since July 11, 2020 — now over six years ago. No DLC has ever been listed for the game, no roadmap or future content has been announced, and the store description makes no reference to planned additions. The game launched as a complete, self-contained package and has received only minor maintenance since its 1.0 release. All indicators point to development having concluded, with the final activity being the July 2020 bug fix.
