Armello

Armello launched on September 1, 2015 and received several years of post-launch content, including hero packs, clan DLCs, and gameplay updates. On July 13, 2022, the developer published a detailed post announcing the completion of the v2.2 Crossplay update and explicitly stated: "this is absolutely the end of the road for content and features for Armello." They confirmed two new games were in full production and that their development attention had fully shifted away from Armello. All six DLCs listed on the store are released, consistent with this conclusion. A February 2024 post reiterated this position, noting that League of Geeks would not be patching the game further, while seasonal dice rotations and community events would continue. A June 2024 post confirmed Armello's "regular programming" (seasonal content rotation) would continue uninterrupted during a studio break — but made no suggestion of new content development. In September 2025, League of Geeks announced a Kickstarter for a physical hardcover book collecting Armello's novellas. This is a media tie-in, not a game content announcement, and does not indicate resumed game development. In October 2025, a small security patch was pushed to resolve a Unity engine vulnerability — routine maintenance, not new content. The developer has been unambiguous and consistent since July 2022: no further game content or features will be added to Armello. The game is complete.
