Neuroshima Hex launched on Steam on June 2, 2025, bringing the board game to PC with 10 base factions and 3 additional DLC factions (Neojungle, Uranopolis, and Sharrash) available at launch. All three DLC items are listed as released on their June 2, 2025 release date. One notable pre-launch development: the team ran a Gamefound crowdfunding campaign to fund additional features and improvements. On May 30, 2025 — just days before release — they announced the campaign was cancelled due to falling short of its funding goal, meaning the expanded scope they had envisioned for that campaign would not be delivered. The base Steam launch proceeded as planned regardless. Post-launch, the developer shipped bug-fix patches in late June and early July 2025 (the most recent developer communication visible in the data, dated July 1, 2025). These addressed gameplay bugs, AI issues, and language corrections. The developer has made no announcements of upcoming DLC, expansions, new factions, or future content beyond the base release. All DLC listed on the store was released on launch day. There is no roadmap, no teased content, and no sustained post-launch content cadence — the game shipped as a complete product with its full roster of factions on day one. The cancelled Gamefound campaign, which was intended to fund additional scope, was not fulfilled, further confirming no additional content is in the pipeline from that avenue. Neuroshima Hex is a tactical turn-based strategy game based on a bestselling board game set in a unique universe that has gained recognition among players worldwide. Now, for the first time, it's available on PC in a full digital edition – featuring single-player, local multiplayer, and online PvP modes.

Take command of one of the factions and face off against rival armies – including the legendary Moloch, a network of automated machines that have rebelled against humanity. Every match is a fast-paced, intense battle of tactics, planning, and anticipating your opponent's moves.

Step into the role of a faction leader and lead your units to victory. The reason for the fight? The classics: water, fuel, weapons, survival – everything that’s precious in a world engulfed by rust, dust, and toxins.

At launch, you’ll have access to 10 diverse armies, each with its own playstyle, strengths, weaknesses, and unique mechanics. Every faction offers a different tactical approach – from brute force to precision counters and mechanical traps.

Base game armies include: Moloch, Hegemony, Borgo, Outpost, Steel Police, Smart, Vegas, New York, Beasts, and Mississippi.

Additionally, we’ve added 3 more armies as DLC: Neojungle, Sharrash, Uranopolis.

Over time, we plan to add more expansions known from the board game version.
