Evaluation
Artist Idle launched on January 18, 2019 as a free-to-play idle game. Following launch, the developer posted three updates: two feature patches in late January and early February 2019, and a bug fix adding Steam Cloud support on March 10, 2019. All three DLC packs (a Starter Pack, Respec Pack, and Business Pack) were released by March 15, 2019. There have been no developer communications of any kind since March 2019 — over seven years ago. No future content has been announced, no roadmap exists, and no unreleased DLC is listed on the store. The game launched as a small, self-contained idle game and all post-launch activity wrapped up within the first two months. The game is complete.
Evidence
All three DLC packs (Starter Pack, Respec Pack, Business Pack) released by March 15, 2019. No unreleased DLC listed.
Steam Cloud support added — the last known developer communication, a minor bug fix post from March 2019.

About this game
Draw pictures, sell them and become a famous artist!
In Artist Idle, you can watch colored blocks slowly fill up the screen. At first, the blocks are chunky - showing a vague look at what you are trying to create. Through upgrades and gathering pixels, you are able to create more detailed pictures, eventually making works of art fit for a gallery!
