Aztlan Uncovered: Prologue

On July 28, 2022 — the same day the game launched — Slappy Inc. published a statement explaining that they had decided to leave the project as-is and move on to other projects. They were transparent that this release represents the game in its current state, without a commitment to future content. While they left the door slightly open ("if there's enough love for the game, we could see to creating some new levels"), this was a conditional and non-committal remark, not an announcement of planned content. A speedrun category was added on August 2, 2022, but this was a community-facing gesture rather than a content update. No further developer communications have occurred after August 2, 2022, and no DLC or future content has been announced. The game launched as a free prologue experience and appears to be complete in that form.
