Badland Bandits

Badland Bandits entered Steam Early Access on July 16, 2015 as a steampunk vehicular combat game. The developer, Wild Wolf Studio, was briefly active in the days immediately following launch — posting a server update on July 27, 2015 and announcing a monetization overhaul on July 28, 2015 to address player concerns about pay-to-win mechanics. That July 28, 2015 post is the last official communication from the developer on record. All five DLC items were released during this same brief July 2015 window. No patches, roadmap updates, announcements, or any other developer activity has occurred since then. The game has never left Early Access — it remains in that state today, more than a decade after launch, with no path to a full release ever communicated. Notably, the game is no longer purchasable on Steam, meaning new players cannot acquire it, though this has not been accompanied by any developer statement.
