Bakery launched on November 22, 2017. In the months following release, the developer (ChaoYe Liu / Happy Home Company) was actively engaged: they added English and Simplified Chinese language support (January 26, 2018), introduced full-screen mode (March 16, 2018), and issued a final bug fix for full-screen stability (March 31, 2018). That March 31, 2018 post is the last recorded communication from the developer. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced roadmap, and no post-launch major content updates — the post-launch activity was focused on localization, accessibility, and stability. The developer has been silent since March 31, 2018, with no further patches, announcements, or content updates in the years since. The game appears to have shipped as a self-contained product and reached its finished state by the time of the last update.
