Evaluation

BeaterCore launched on September 9, 2026, just one day before today's date. The developer (Artem Arbatsky) had previously maintained an active demo phase from at least February 2026 through June 2026, shipping frequent updates to a public demo (versions 0.0.14 through 0.3.0). The game then released as version 1.0 on September 9, 2026, and a hotfix (1.0.1) was already shipped the following day on September 10, 2026, addressing audio issues and minor bugs — indicating the developer is actively engaged post-launch. Because the game only released yesterday, there is no post-launch content history to establish whether additional major updates, expansions, or DLC are planned. The developer has not announced any future content, nor have they stated the game is a complete, finished package with no further additions. The store description and news posts describe the game's current features without referencing upcoming content. Given how recently it launched, it simply isn't yet possible to assess the game's long-term content trajectory.
Evidence
Hotfix 1.0.1 released one day after launch, fixing audio errors, a gameplay bug, and adding minor quality-of-life adjustments. Indicates the developer is actively monitoring and patching the game post-launch.

About this game

beaterCore is an arcade racing game for those who prefer cheap rusty beaters over specialized sports cars. Buy, repair, restore, and tune your dream project car. Take part in racing events and work your way through the career mode.

Garage

Repair your car in first person mode. Purchase furniture and stockpile as many spare parts as you can - you're going to need them.

Field repair

In beaterCore you'll have to make quick repairs in-between races. Everything can go wrong, and you must be prepared for it! Store items in your car's trunk, but be wise with what you bring with you - space is limited.

Split screen

Play locally with up to four players on the same screen. Keyboard controls are fully supported!

Multiplayer

If career mode is not enough - you can always compete against your friends in online races. You're still going to need your resource management skills - multiplayer races affect your cars the same way as in career mode! Show off your pristine ride, or surprise your friends with track-specific tuning.

Different times of year

Experience tracks across different times of year. Prepare your car for icy winter conditions or enjoy the warm, vibrant colors of autumn.
