BombTag launched on February 12, 2018 as a free-to-play multiplayer game. In the two weeks following launch, the developer shipped a feature patch on February 23, 2018 (adding Sudden Death mode and quality-of-life improvements) and a bug-fix hotfix on February 24, 2018. That February 24, 2018 post is the last recorded communication from the developer. The sole DLC — a Character Customization Pack — was released on February 13, 2018, one day after launch, and no further DLC has been listed. The store description mentions "more gamemodes to come" and "more maps to come," but these appear to be launch-era promises that were never followed through on, given that no further updates shipped after February 24, 2018. With no developer communications since February 24, 2018, no unreleased DLC, and no announced future content that remains outstanding, the game appears to have been released as a largely finished product with only early bug-fixing activity post-launch.
