Borderlands 2 VR

Borderlands 2 VR launched on Steam on October 22, 2019 as a VR adaptation of the base Borderlands 2 game. It shipped with one DLC pack (the BAMF DLC Pack) on the same day as launch. Following release, the developer issued a bug fix on October 26, 2019 to address a VR headset display issue, and then released a quality-of-life patch on January 29, 2020 adding Valve Index support and community-requested improvements. There have been no developer communications since January 29, 2020, and no major content updates were ever released post-launch. The only other news post from this game's Steam page — dated February 27, 2020 — was an announcement about Borderlands 3 coming to Steam, unrelated to this game's development. The store description contains no references to upcoming content, planned DLC, or ongoing development. All listed DLC has been released. The game was shipped as a complete VR port of Borderlands 2, and the post-launch activity consisted entirely of hardware compatibility and bug-fix work, which concluded in early 2020.
