Broken Reality

Broken Reality launched on November 29, 2018 as a complete adventure game. Its only post-launch release was a digital soundtrack DLC on April 23, 2019. The developer has not shipped any content updates or expansions to the base game since launch. The developer's more recent communications — an announcement on November 4, 2022 and a release date reveal on May 20, 2026 — are both focused entirely on a sequel, Broken Reality 2000, which is a separate title arriving July 22, 2026. These posts do not reference any new content coming to the original Broken Reality. With only a single content drop (the soundtrack) in the seven-plus years since launch, no unreleased DLC on the store, and no developer statements suggesting further updates to the original game, Broken Reality is a complete, finished product. The sequel's development and imminent release further confirms the studio has moved on from the original.
