The 111th Soul

The 111th Soul is a small indie narrative game released on December 5, 2017 by solo developer Ricardo Pratas. The game shipped as a self-contained story experience with three endings and no post-launch content cycle. The only post-launch update was a maintenance and polish patch (version 1.1) released on January 6, 2018, which added a main menu, tweaked lighting, and fixed some minor issues — no new content. On April 10, 2020, the developer announced the game would become free to play, framing it as a thank-you gift to the community and referring to it as one of his "two first small games" — language that clearly positions it as a completed, past work. No further developer communications have occurred since that April 2020 post. The game is still available on Steam as a free title. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap, no announced future content, and no sustained update pattern. The developer's own language in the 2020 post treats the game as finished. This is a complete, shipped product.
