Bunker Invaders

Bunker Invaders entered Early Access on November 5, 2024 and has been actively developed by solo developer Kelecik since launch. The game has received a steady stream of updates throughout its Early Access period, including new creatures (the Snail in March 2025, the TNT Man in the major 0.3 "TNT Terror" update on February 16, 2026), new environmental hazards (Land Mines on March 19, 2026), feature patches, and a complete multiplayer network overhaul. In February 2025, the developer posted a personal note explaining that a family health emergency would pause work for about a month. Development resumed visibly afterward, with the Snail creature shipping on March 12, 2025 and further updates continuing through 2026. Most recently, on August 19, 2026, the developer announced that gamepad/controller support — described as one of the most-requested features — is actively being worked on and will be ready "before too long." This is a clear signal that development is ongoing and that new features are still being built and delivered. The game has no announced 1.0 release date or statement that development is winding down.
