Evaluation

Call of Duty: Warzone is a free-to-play battle royale built as a continuously evolving live service — it is never intended to reach a "complete" state. The current store description highlights ongoing map changes (a new Drone Labs POI in Verdansk with Loot Drones), multiple active game modes (Battle Royale, Black Ops Royale, Resurgence, and Resurgence Ranked Play), and rotating limited-time events such as "Endgame," which is explicitly described as available "for a limited time." This rotating content cycle — where modes, map areas, and events come and go on a regular schedule — is the defining characteristic of a live service game. Fresh content delivery on an indefinite basis is the core design of Warzone.

Evidence

Store description highlights rotating limited-time mode ('Endgame, for a limited time'), new map POI (Drone Labs in Verdansk), multiple active game modes (Battle Royale, Black Ops Royale, Resurgence), and Resurgence Ranked Play — all hallmarks of an ongoing live service.
