CasinoRPG is a free-to-play Vegas-themed MMORPG that has been in continuous operation since its January 2018 launch. The game is built around a persistent online world with ongoing seasonal events, limited-time cosmetic items, community contests, and a premium currency economy — a structure that is designed to receive content updates indefinitely rather than work toward a finished state.
GoldFire Studios has maintained a consistent cadence of updates throughout the game's life. Recent activity shows the developer is actively engaged: a Steam client overhaul shipped in November 2025, followed by a quality-of-life patch in January 2026, a Winter Olympics seasonal event with v1.7.21 in February 2026, and an Easter event with v1.7.22 in April 2026. The store description explicitly states that "more games are being added all of the time."
It's worth noting that GoldFire Studios released a separate new game, *Arctic Awakening*, in September 2025. However, this has not disrupted their ongoing support for CasinoRPG — the studio continued shipping updates to CasinoRPG through at least April 2026, demonstrating they are maintaining both products simultaneously.
