CAYNE

CAYNE is a free, standalone horror adventure game set in the STASIS universe, released on January 24, 2017. It launched as a complete, self-contained experience — the store description positions it as a free companion piece to STASIS, not as a live service or episodic product. The only DLC (a Deluxe Content pack) was released on the same day as the game itself, confirming it shipped as a complete package from day one. The developer's post-launch news activity on this game's page has been entirely focused on promoting other titles in their catalog: Beautiful Desolation (announced 2020), STASIS: Bone Totem (announced 2020, released May 2023), and most recently Animal Use Protocol (announced October 29, 2024). None of these posts suggest any additional content is planned for CAYNE itself — they use the game's audience as a marketing channel for the studio's next projects.
