Evaluation
Circuit Superstars launched out of Early Access on October 12, 2021 and received a steady stream of updates over the following years. The developer shipped two notable paid content drops — the Top Gear: The Stig Challenge DLC in June 2023, and several free patches adding tracks, cars, and features throughout 2021–2022. The most recent substantive update was version 1.6.0, released on April 29, 2024, followed by a small bug-fix patch (1.6.2) on June 27, 2024.
Critically, the April 29, 2024 developer post (the most direct statement about the game's future) is explicit: "We don't have a clear plan yet for what might come next for CS, but we will be sure to communicate it once we do." The developer also noted the team was engaged on a work-for-hire project and making improvements to their other game, Karting Superstars. This is a frank acknowledgment that Circuit Superstars has no roadmap or announced future content at that time.
Then, on August 19, 2025, the developer announced an entirely new game — iRacing Arcade — described as their "next game" and their current focus. No post since April 2024 has mentioned any returning attention to Circuit Superstars. The last developer communication specific to Circuit Superstars was the June 27, 2024 bug-fix patch. As of today (June 26, 2026), that is nearly two years of silence on the game.
Taken together: the developer explicitly said they had no plan for further Circuit Superstars content as of April 2024, they have since pivoted to announcing and developing a new title, and there has been no new content or roadmap communicated in the roughly two years since. The DLC list shows only released items. The game appears to have reached its content endpoint with the June 2024 bug-fix patch.

Circuit Superstars is a top-down racer built by racing fans, for racing fans. The game celebrates generations of multi-disciplinary motorsport, focusing on driving that feels great – but with a high skill ceiling, that will have players spending hours honing their perfect lap.
Starting out is simple but learning the nuances of each car’s handling and finding the best racing line through each corner of each track will be a challenge for a long time to come. Not only that, but with the option of fuel usage, tire degradation and racing damage, even a good pit stop strategy could make the difference between hero and zero.
