Claybook launched into Early Access in late 2017 and received a steady stream of content updates during that period, including new chapters, clay shapes, and sandbox features. The game reached its full 1.0 release on August 31, 2018, followed by two post-launch patches: Update 1.1 on December 20, 2018 (focused on engine upgrades, performance improvements, and platform groundwork) and Update 1.2 on February 28, 2019 (optimizations, editor fixes, and preparations for additional platforms). Since February 28, 2019, Second Order has made no further announcements, updates, or developer communications of any kind. There is no unreleased DLC listed on the store, no roadmap commitments outstanding, and no developer statements about future content. The game shipped as a complete product with a built-in level editor and community sharing features. With over seven years of silence since the last update, the game's development is clearly finished.

About this game
Claybook is a unique world made entirely of clay. Every inch of the environment can be shaped and molded. Everything has matter inside it, not just an outer shell. Clay can be liquid or solid, and it can be deformed and destroyed.
In the game, you step into the shoes of brave kids who bring the Claybook to life. Each chapter of the book challenges you with unique obstacles and puzzles. You possess clay blobs and morph them into different shapes to overcome tricky situations. Each shape has its strengths and weaknesses, and some even have special powers.
