Evaluation

Clock Simulator launched on July 20, 2016 and received one post-launch content update: a free new gameplay mode ("Alien invasion") added on September 22, 2016. That appears to be the last content the developer ever shipped for the game. On March 10, 2021, the developer announced that the game would be removed from Steam on March 19, 2021, citing it as a purely single-player experience with no major features at risk. Despite that announcement, the game remains purchasable on Steam today, suggesting the delisting was either reversed or never carried through. The developer has posted nothing about the game since the March 2021 delisting notice, and there are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap, and no outstanding content commitments of any kind. The game launched as a small, self-contained experience and its content appears to have been finalized in September 2016.
