Evaluation

Maestro launched on October 22, 2024 as a VR orchestral rhythm game. Since then, Double Jack has shipped six paid DLC packs at a rapid cadence: Secret Sorcery (December 20, 2024), Doom Bound (April 11, 2025), Fate/Duel of the Fates (June 20, 2025), La Crème de la Crème (October 2, 2025), All Aboard! (December 17, 2025), and most recently Attack on Titan (August 20, 2026). All six are currently released. On November 12, 2025, the developer published an updated roadmap listing upcoming content including a new DLC, a Free Christmas Update, a Scoring System Update, an Expert Mode, and Custom Maps. The "new DLC" on that roadmap was fulfilled by All Aboard! in December 2025, and the Attack on Titan DLC (August 2026) represents further continuation of the paid content line. However, the Scoring System Update, Expert Mode, and Custom Maps referenced in the roadmap have not been accounted for by any subsequent post, meaning the developer's stated plans still include undelivered features. The developer's most recent communication is from August 21, 2026 — just three days ago — announcing the Attack on Titan DLC alongside base game improvements including a VFX overhaul, audio upgrades, and performance improvements. Double Jack is clearly in active development and continuing to expand the game.
