CraftCraft launched on May 29, 2025 and has been actively developed ever since. In its first year, the developer shipped four named major content updates: the 1.1 Endless Mode + Story Update (July 22, 2025), the Windspell in Winter overhaul roughly doubling Endless Mode content (December 18, 2025), the Dragon Update adding a new playable race (January 16, 2026), and a one-year anniversary update on May 29, 2026 adding the highly-requested Saskia romance, described as "the deepest romance yet." Between these major drops, the developer has consistently released feature patches (including a shop system for Endless Mode in April 2026 and economy updates in February 2026) and bug fix maintenance patches, with the most recent being a stability patch on June 9, 2026. The pattern across the game's first year shows major content arriving roughly every 2–6 months, with no sign of this slowing down. The developer has not made any statement indicating that content development has concluded.
