Creepy Tale 3: Ingrid Penance launched on March 9, 2023 as a complete, self-contained adventure game. In the days following launch, the developer released bug fixes and added Japanese language support, then activity on this game's page effectively wound down. The developer's subsequent communications were focused entirely on new entries in the Creepy Tale series rather than additional content for this game. On June 24, 2023, they announced Creepy Tale: Some Other Place — a fully separate game. On June 22, 2024, they posted a minor polish update to Ingrid Penance in honor of Some Other Place's release, but this was maintenance-level work, not new content. On April 9, 2025, they announced Creepy Tale: Snow Child (another new game), and on May 7, 2026, they posted a countdown to its release. The only DLC listed is the soundtrack, which was released on launch day alongside the game itself. No additional content packs, expansions, or DLC have ever been announced or listed for Ingrid Penance. The developer's creative energy has consistently gone into sequels rather than post-launch content for this title.
