On February 16, 2023, the developer posted an explicit statement confirming that the game had met and exceeded their original goals with v1.0, and that content updates would be stopped indefinitely, with only bug fixes continuing going forward. This is a clear, unambiguous statement that no further content is planned for this game. Since that announcement, the developer's activity on this game has been limited to exactly what they promised: occasional bug fix patches, including a security-related patch on October 3, 2025. The developer has since moved on to a new title in the same universe — Cultivation Story: Infinite Sword Realm — which launched into Early Access and has been receiving active development attention as of August 2025. This further confirms that Reincarnation itself is a finished, complete product with no ongoing content development.
