Date Banger launched its full 1.0 release on July 24, 2025, graduating from Early Access. Five days later, on July 29, 2025, the developer published a detailed multi-wave roadmap promising additional content including new mini-games ("Girl Date Games"), foreplay activities, achievements, and more characters, explicitly stating: "This update wave is just one of the upcoming waves!" On October 24, 2025, the developer delivered version 1.1, adding a new character (Mina Park), new outfits for all seven existing characters, and a male player model. That post noted "This wraps up our current update cycle," but several features from the July roadmap — Girl Date Games, foreplay activities, and achievements — were not included. Since October 24, 2025, there have been no further developer communications of any kind. As of today (September 24, 2026), that is 11 months of silence. The developer's established pattern between major updates was roughly 3 months (July to October 2025), and 11 months far exceeds that window. While the 1.1 note about wrapping up "our current update cycle" could indicate that specific wave is done, the developer never announced the end of all planned development — the roadmap described multiple waves, and not all announced features shipped. The combination of outstanding commitments and extended unexplained silence means it is currently unclear whether the remaining planned content is still being developed.
