Orc Massage is an adult simulation game that entered Steam Early Access on February 8, 2022 and remains in Early Access today. The game follows a structured content roadmap in which new "VIP" monster-girl characters are added over time, each representing a major content milestone. The game shipped its Mermaid update (featuring the character Emma) on July 6, 2023 — the most recent confirmed major content release. Since then, the developer has been working on the next major addition: a Dragon Girl character named Nefarlia. Devlogs from December 23, 2024 confirmed her animations were "nearing completion" and targeted a Q1 2025 release. However, on March 17, 2025, the developer announced the Dragon Girl update would be delayed past Q1 2025 due to unexpected issues, with no new release date provided. That March 17, 2025 announcement is the last official communication from the developer. As of June 26, 2026 — more than 15 months later — no further devlogs, patch notes, or update announcements have been posted. This is a significant departure from the developer's established pattern of regular devlogs (they had maintained roughly bimonthly devlog posts for years). The Dragon Girl update was clearly promised and remains undelivered, and the developer has not provided any update on its status or the game's future since the delay notice.
