Hot Therapy

Hot Therapy launched on March 24, 2024 and has received a sustained stream of updates since then. YummySoft has shipped two major content updates post-launch: a Trading Cards & Performance Update on March 25, 2025, and a substantial Customization Expansion on January 11, 2026, which added 18 new tattoos, a new latex outfit, male character skin color customization, and eyelash size adjustment. Between those milestones, the developer also delivered feature patches (including a depth-of-field system on January 7, 2026), security patches, and bug fixes — demonstrating consistent engagement with the product. Crucially, the January 11, 2026 update explicitly states that "more outfits are already planned and coming in future updates," signaling continued content intentions. The developer also announced in December 2025 that an Android port is actively in development, further confirming the studio is still working on the Hot Therapy ecosystem. The two major updates arrived roughly 9–12 months apart (March 2025 and January 2026). As of today, October 1, 2026, approximately 8–9 months have passed since the last major update on January 11, 2026 — which falls right at the edge of, but still within, that established window. The developer has not announced that content development is concluding, and the explicit statement about planned future outfits remains unretracted. The last developer communication of any kind was January 11, 2026, which is approaching but not yet beyond the 6-month silence threshold when considering the broader update cadence. Given the outstanding statement of planned content and the historical pattern, the game remains in active development.
