Demolish & Build 3 launched on September 11, 2024. In the weeks immediately following release, the developer was actively engaged: they shipped Hotfix 1.01 on September 12, Hotfix 1.02 on September 18, Patch 1.04 on September 27, and Hotfix 1.043 on October 1, 2024. The launch post explicitly stated the developer intended to "constantly develop" the game based on player feedback.
However, October 1, 2024 was the last official communication from the developer. As of June 25, 2026 — nearly 9 months later — there have been no further patch notes, announcements, blog posts, or developer communications of any kind. The pre-launch announcement in August 2024 also mentioned console versions (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Switch) planned for 2025, but no updates on that front have appeared either.
There are no unreleased DLC listings, no season pass, and no specific future content promises that remain outstanding. The game has no post-launch major content updates beyond the initial bug-fix patches, so there is no established cadence of major releases to compare against. The combination of the developer's stated intent to keep developing the game and the prolonged, unexplained silence makes the current status genuinely uncertain — it is not clear whether development has quietly ended or whether the team simply stopped communicating.
