Die Young left Early Access and launched its full 1.0 release on September 12, 2019, at which point the developer shipped a massive content update: eleven new areas, 26 new quests, 48 achievements, new characters, fire mechanics, and multiple story endings. The only DLC ever listed for the game is the official soundtrack, which released on October 15, 2019 and is fully available.
Since the 1.0 launch, no news posts have addressed Die Young's content or future plans. The developer's subsequent communications — spanning from late 2022 onward — are entirely focused on other projects: SuperTotalCarnage! (launched October 2022), Vorax (in development since 2022, launched Early Access July 2024), and a newly announced project called No Clean Start (January 2026). None of these posts reference any planned updates, expansions, or additional content for Die Young.
The game launched as a complete narrative experience with three different endings and a finished open world. The developer has not announced any post-launch content beyond the soundtrack, and the store description makes no mention of ongoing updates or future additions. Die Young appears to have shipped as a finished product on its 1.0 release date.
