The developer shipped regular feature patches adding new instruments, songs, and UI improvements throughout 2023 and early 2024, culminating in a major console release on July 11, 2024 (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch) with full cross-platform multiplayer. The most recent post directly related to Disaster Band is from July 2024 (the console launch announcement, NEWS-3). Following that, the developer posted a brief "Tour Update" on July 1, 2024 (NEWS-4) noting they would focus on console stability but offered no roadmap or promise of future content beyond bug fixes for the new platforms. The historical update cadence for Disaster Band shows feature patches roughly every 1–3 months from December 2022 through June 2024 — a span of about 18 months. Since July 2024, there have been no further Disaster Band updates of any kind.
