Double Cross launched on January 9, 2019 as a complete, self-contained action-adventure game. Following launch, 13AM Games released three polish patches through May 27, 2019 — addressing difficulty tuning, bug fixes, movement adjustments, and quality-of-life improvements. The last of these patches (1.4, released May 27, 2019) was the final official communication from the developer. There have been no developer posts since that date, no DLC has ever been listed or announced, and the store description makes no mention of post-launch content plans. The game was designed and shipped as a finished product, and all post-launch activity was limited to polish and bug fixing. No further content has been announced or delivered at any point after May 2019.

About this game
Developed by 13AM Games, the studio behind award-winning Runbow, Double Cross is an exciting action adventure game that has players take on the role of Zahra, an agent of R.I.F.T. (Regulators of Interdimensional Frontiers and Technology) whose job it is to maintain peace and order between all dimensions. A recent attack on R.I.F.T. headquarters thrusts players into a thrilling new case where they must use their R.I.F.T. developed gear to sling, swing, fight and investigate across distinct dimensions. During their travels players will gather clues to bring themselves one step closer to finding the identity of R.I.F.T.’s attacker and save every variation of the universe.
